BrokerSync AI Terms of Use
Use of the service
BrokerSync AI is provided for licensed businesses that choose to monitor their own provider portals. The service is designed to surface changes, organize review, and keep a human decision-maker in the loop before any downstream action.
Credentials and portal access
You are responsible for the credentials you provide to BrokerSync AI and for confirming that your use of the service complies with each carrier or provider's terms of service, agency agreement, and internal security policies. BrokerSync AI does not assume responsibility for third-party portal rules.
Human approval and write actions
Version 1 of BrokerSync AI is focused on monitoring, review, and CRM-ready recommendations. Future write actions will remain subject to explicit human review and greenlight before execution.
Sandbox billing
Current production billing flows may run through Stripe test mode while BrokerSync AI finalizes its dedicated billing setup. Any sandbox or test-mode billing surface will be labeled in the product.
