Information we process
BrokerSync AI processes organization account information, provider portal credentials that you explicitly supply, guided-session transcript and screenshot evidence, and operational metadata used to monitor portal changes and maintain runner profiles.
Guided capture evidence
Guided onboarding and re-auth sessions capture screenshots, DOM context, transcript data, and optional browser session artifacts so BrokerSync AI can understand each portal accurately and support a reliable unattended runner. Raw screenshots are retained until the related provider connection is removed.
How data is used
Captured data is used to build portal patterns, identify discovered data types, maintain authentication state, power retention alerts, and improve future review workflows. BrokerSync AI is not intended to sell or repurpose customer portal data for unrelated advertising or profiling.
Security posture
Credentials and sensitive tokens are encrypted in transit and at rest according to the BrokerSync AI configuration. Customers remain responsible for maintaining lawful access to third-party portals and rotating credentials when their internal policies require it.
